I'm a Lead Product Designer at Gogolook. I'm currently responsible for a small loan app called JUJI. With extensive experience building digital products across FinTech, enterprise B2B, health tech, hospitality, consumer lifestyle, and education. Based in Taipei, I've worked with major clients in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia — including Cathay United Bank, TSMC, Fitbit, and Genting Group.

My approach starts with real research — user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis — before a single pixel gets pushed. I lead teams, manage client relationships in both English and Mandarin, and deliver design systems that scale with product growth.
